Duties: Front-end development for web promotions for Fortune 500 companies such as Honda, ConAgra, Dell and Jack Links. While leading and developing multiple projects using HTML/CSS and JavaScript with cross-browser compatibility standards in mind, several other projects were passed along to the interface developer to debug in a fast-paced manner. Once in house approval to launch the promotion was met, the project was sent off for final approval from the client. Other responsibilities include the flow of the promotion making sense, and making sure there is an outcome for every possible user interaction. The Interface Developer is responsible for the promotion from visual design and flow design phases until final launch. If the design was not web-savvy, the Interface Developer is expected to alter the design in a way to keep it consistent with the client approved look & feel, as well as creating a scalable, fluid design for the web. The time allotted for each project would be anywhere from one day to one week, working with half a dozen projects at a time.
